Shipping and Returns

All domestic orders over $50 have free standard tracked domestic shipping through Australia Post.

The shipping cost for domestic tracked orders is $7.00 and will generally be delivered within 3-5 working days. If you order over the weekend or after 3.00pm on Friday, you will not receive your package until Wednesday- Friday of the following week. You have the option to upgrade to express for $10.

Shipping on International orders is $15AUS Tracked Standard Shipping. Please allow around 20 working days. ( Please note, there have been some delays due to Covid19)

If you're not home

If there is no-one to accept delivery, Australia Post should take your parcel back to the nearest Post Office. Australia Post will normally leave a card allowing you to collect your delivery from your local Post Office, at your convenience. Your package will look like any other everyday Australia Post package, it will carry no indication of us being an adult store, and you will not need to mention us in order to pick-up your package.

If your parcel does not arrive

Whilst we do the best we can to ensure safe and secure delivery of parcels, once a parcel is accepted by Australia Post delivery of the item is out of our control. Should your parcel not be delivered to the address you entered for shipping, and it is not at your local post office for collection, please get in touch with us for a tracking/parcel number. This number can be used when you lodge a query with Australia Post.

If your parcel is returned to us

If you haven't collected your parcel or have provided us with an incorrect or incomplete address and the parcel is returned to us, we can send it back to you at your expense. Alternatively, the package can be collected from the store.

RETURNS

Faulty items will be replaced, refunded or credited. Please return to 15/67 Doubleview Drive, Elanora, Gold Coast 4221 with charger, description of issue, return address and contact details. A replacement will be organised.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@essidy.com 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
