SHIPPING

All orders over $80 (including wholesale) have free domestic tracked shipping through Australia Post.

The shipping cost for Domestic standard tracked orders under $80 is $8.50 delivered within 3-5 working days. If you order over the weekend or after 3.00pm on Friday, you may not receive your package until Tuesday -Thursday the following week. You have the option to upgrade to express for $11.00.

Shipping on all International orders is $16AUS Tracked Standard Shipping. Please allow around 7-10 working days for delivery. 

If you're not home

If there is no-one to accept delivery, Australia Post will leave in a safe place or take your parcel to the nearest Post Office. Australia Post will leave a card allowing you to collect your delivery from your local Post Office, at your convenience. Your package will look like any other everyday Australia Post package.

If your parcel does not arrive

Whilst we do the best we can to ensure safe and secure delivery of parcels, once a parcel is accepted by Australia Post delivery of the item is out of our control. Should your parcel not be delivered to the address you entered for shipping, and it is not at your local post office for collection, please get in touch with us for a tracking/parcel number. This number can be used when you lodge a query with Australia Post.

If your parcel is returned to us

If you haven't collected your parcel or have provided us with an incorrect or incomplete address and the parcel is returned to us, we can send it back to you at your expense. Alternatively, the package can be collected from the store.
