Faulty items will be replaced, refunded or credited. Please return to PO BOX 2010 | Cannonvale | 4802 | Queensland. Please describe the issue, add a return address and contact details.  A replacement or a refund will be organised depending of which you prefer. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
