Faulty items will be replaced, refunded or credited. Please email info@essidy.com and describe the issue, add a return address and contact details.  A replacement or a refund will be organised depending of which you prefer. 

If you change your mind within 30 days of purchase you will receive a full refund minus the shipping cost. Please return the item unopened to 7 wildlife road, Jubilee Pocket, Whitsundays 4802.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@essidy.com 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
